Cancellations + Returns
You may cancel and return an order within 28 days of receiving it.
If you would like to cancel your order please get in contact with us at customerhappiness@
jeevesco.co.uk. If your item is yet to be dispatched you will receive a full refund, including delivery costs. If after dispatch, we ask you to return you item as outlined below.
To return an unpersonalised order for a refund, please send it in it’s original packaging, via a tracked and signed service, ensuring you retain proof of postage. Unless an item is faulty, original and return postage will not be refunded.

Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned unless they are delivered faulty or damaged.
In the very rare occasion that a personalised order arrives faulty or damaged, we ask that customers please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
uk so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
